[1.1.21] Removing item from toolbar unreliable

Sometimes the item gets removed from toolbar on middle-click immediately, sometimes not at all after multiple middle-clicks.

Repro here: Start the game in creative mode. activate technology etc. Pull one or multiple items into the toolbar. Try to remove them. Sometimes works, sometimes doesnt. I tested with belts mostly.

Can you reproduce the issue without any mods installed?

I think this can be closed because I think its due to my mouse. I think my mouse wheel is dying hmm. Because it work when rebound to different key. Thank you!
