The deconstruction planner is not selecting long curve rails when rails are in the whitelist.

The regular non whitelist deconstruction planner will select long curve rails correctly.
tested with and without mods, as well as other (rail related) items in the Deconstruction planner,
Tested on LAN headless Linux host and local play on Win10.
Issue present during all test scenarios.

straight rails and curved rails are two separate entities and are two separate filters in the deconstruction planner.
