[1.1.19] Manually placing underground belts on blueprint doesn't autocomplete for matching belt type
When placing red underneathies on a blueprint made from blue belts, the underneathie auto places on both sides. When placing a red underneathie on a blueprint made from red belts, the underneathies don't auto place on both sides. So red underneathies manually placed on red belt blueprints don't place on both sides.

- Each blueprint I only placed once, the left blueprint added both ends of the underneathie while the right blueprint only added one end.
