Placing a inserter outsite of power pole (unpowered), facing a underground belt with items required to be placed in a assembler (aka part of the receipe) will have the inserter arm/hand bended as it is already on it's way to grab.
Doesn't affect gameplay, it's just visually unpleasing when designing in creative imo.
