Hello
I experienced this issue on factorio versions 1.1.0-1.1.6 where when I enable some specific mods that happen to run smoothly with others on the same versions, cause me some really annoying spikes in the Flip overall calculation delays, thus delaying the whole frame cycle, causing unbearable freezes every few seconds randomly with fps/ups dropping to 40/40 give or take, for a second, then normalizes to 60/60 for a few moments for the freeze to occur again and again and again, this actually occurred since the first 10 seconds into any new game, and also in any previous saves that were created in the same factorio version I was running at the time of testing, the weird thing is that it is not related to a single mod, multiple mods happen to cause it which none of them are related to the other by any mean, and each one was tested separately with all the other mods disabled, some mods (which were up to date at the time of testing) which I contacted their owners were Krastorio 2 and 5Dim mods, the owners confirmed that this problem was not a global problem, and they only heard about from me.
The screenshots of my debug menu
Normal https://prnt.sc/w4znyu
Abnormal https://prnt.sc/w4zoi3
So normally the flip calculation delays were around 7-14 and my fps/ups are at 60 constantly but when some specific mods are active such the ones mentioned above the given problem starts existing.
I will not include a save file because it even occurred on every newly started game.
I searched all over the internet to find this problem but I couldn't seem to find a solid fix, and I have come to a conclusion that it has to do with factorio 1.1.0 because I reverted to 1.0 and the problem was gone.
I tried disabling/enabling v-sync and high/low graphics but it also didn't work.
Note: starting a game with no mods at all eliminated the problem, also not ALL mods cause the problem to occur but at some point, I had 1 mod active and it did happen. I'm attaching my .log file, and I will attach any further requested file that would be believed to help solve this case
Edit : I'm also attaching a save game

Re: [1.1.6] Performance issue (Flip spikes)
Thanks for the report and the log file. Looking at the graphics card you have in that computer the issue is simply; your graphics card is not powerful enough. You need to reduce the graphics quality from "high" to "normal". If that doesn't work then there's nothing else except don't use the mods or get a more modern graphics card.
For reference; a 1660 TI (released in mid 2019 - $300 currently) is about 11 times more powerful than your GPU.
