Add a function of surface.find_characters.

Ideas that are too old (too many things have changed since) and ones which won't be implemented for certain reasons or if there are obviously better suggestions.

Parameter list should include force, and a boolean like decoration for it.

You can just use find entities

Theres no reason to add specific find_* functions for all different entity types
