delete chunk for new map generation

Hello,

I am looking for a command that deletes chunks so that changed mapsettings can regen in the chunks around me. If I use this command, I cant notice any change. even when I set radius to 1, nothing gets deleted. what am I doing wrong. And does this command alow chunks to regenerate with new world settings I set with command.

Otherwise, are the mods "Destroy empty chunks" and "delete empty chunks" do the same.

We started with normal settings and now we would like to have bigger patches but 1000 tiles in every direction is observed by radards we put everywhere. best would be to delte all entities (also the radars) out of a specific radius to regen new ore patches.
