[1.1.0] Repeatable and Consistent Crash when Placing Underground Belt over Ghost Entity

I've encountered what seems to be a highly repeatable crash when I place down a blueprint of a 3x3 belt balancer, and then try to manually place the underground belts on top of the ghost entities. It crashes every time I do this. The blueprint can be placed in different spots and the crash will still happen. I included my log file, a screenshot of exactly where I get the crash, and a save file I made with the blueprint placed down already, just before crashing. To get the game to crash after loading this save, I just need to place an underground belt down on top of the blueprint. It may also be important to note that in the blueprint, all of the belts are blue, but then after placing the blueprint, I am placing red belts down on top of the ghosts.
