[1.1.0] Finishing the "Stack transfers" tutorial results in visual glitch

I tried the tutorial with a fresh standalone install of 1.1.
At some point it gave me new tooltips and offered the "Stack transfers" tutorial.
I did all the tasks in the tutorial and clicked "Finish".
Then I saw this:

I can click on any of the other tips&tricks and the glitch goes away. However, it re-appears every single time I finish the "Stack transfers" tutorial.
Nothing similar happened when finishing the "Entity transfers" tutorial, so there must be a difference. Maybe the fact that the tip "Stack transfers" is not a simulation but a static image?

I got suspicious about the state of my game files, after many people reported issues with upgrades.
The above report was not technically from a fresh 1.1 standalone copy. It was a fresh 1.0 standalone shortly before 1.1 went live, then did the in-game update.

Now I tried to reproduce it again with an actual fresh 1.1 standalone. Cannot do so. Might be an internally broken update that looked fine at the start.

Yea, it seems like an update problem, as there is static picture in this tip and the thing you are seing is some atlas picture, so I will call it a 1/0 issue.
