[1.0.0] Shortcut bar and menu width don't match

[1.0.0] Shortcut bar and menu width don't match
When opening the shortcut menu the shortcut bar is expanded so both have the same width. It doesn't match however if the shortcut menu has a scroll bar or very long names inside. You can reproduce the issue with the shortcuts mod from my signature.

Well I got good news for you: Someone fixed it for 1.1 anyway
It is a bit unfortunate though that even not so long names get cut of now.
