[1.0.0] Crash: agui::Widget::getTopMargin

Post by DNscoons »

Hi! Love the game :-)

I experienced a seemingly random crash during gameplay. I was building rails with blueprints, nothing extraordinary. The world is not too big, and basically nothing is active yet, I was building a base with cheat mode enabled, and have not added the bots yet. A similar crash happened yesterday (I don't have the log file for that one).
The log file and the last autosave before the crash are attached.
The line before the crash happens: "943.388 Error CrashHandler.cpp:621: Received SIGSEGV"

I have King's Nuclear Bots mod installed, but have no active components of it in this save yet. (.rar mod folder attached)

Please let me know, if I can give any further helpful information!

Thank you,
DNscoons

Can you provide more crash logs?
Have you experienced any other crashes or just the 1?

Sorry, I don't have any further log-files. I had two crashes, one on Wednesday evening, one Thursday morning. The logfile is from the one on Thursday.
Mayor update on the situation: after the second crash I did not continue playing, just let my laptop run on the table. After ~2 hours the laptop started to give blue deaths of various types (for example "Paged fault in nonpaged area"). After a while I got a blue death every ~ 2 min, at least 8 types of them. At the moment it's in a service shop (that's also the reason why I could not reply earlier).
So most likely my game-crash was caused by the problem(s) of my hardware. A question: is it possible, that somehow the game overrun my computer (video-card/RAM/ect.)? I guess there are limits set in either the hardware / operating system (Windows 10) that should not allow such a thing to happen. I did not change any relevant settings on them (like the clock rate).
(Service history of the laptop: the video-card was BGA-repaired a while ago, so I guess it's most likely, that the video-card is broken again.)
I'll update when I get any additional information from the service shop.

Thank you,
