[1.0.0] Logistic networks

The following strings are problematic to translate into Hungarian:
gui-logistic:network - I suppose this is put before the "#xxx". It should be replaced with a string that has "Network #__1__" so it can be translated correctly as "__1__. hálózat".
gui-logistic:cell and gui-logistic:cells: these should be replaced with a single string with the format "__1__ cell(s)", using the plural-for-parameter feature, which would then be dropped in Hungarian resulting in "__1__ cella" as the language doesn't use the plural after a number. For now I have to translate the plural string "cells" to the singular "cella".
