[1.0.0] Fluid mixing issues

This happened when selecting recipe on chemical plants.
I tried to do it again, not the catastrophic mixing, just the lubricant stayed in the chemical plant.

Thanks for the report however that's working as intended. Fluid mixing was relaxed and a flush-fluid option added for the cases where it happens. https://factorio.com/blog/post/fff-351
