On Windows 7, running windowed mode on a 1920 x 1080 screen, with Factorio UI scale set to 125%, the buttons top-right of the train GUI are half missing.
I'd expect either the text to wrap, or the window to be wider as necessary, so things fit.
If UI scale of 125% was too much for the display size, I'd expect a warning of this in the settings screen when this is selected.

Do not run non default UI scaling if you do not like results like this.

This was actually fixed, as we want to support squashing the guis as long as it is reasonable, and mainly, because the text translation can be generally anything as it is translated.
