For anyone getting the error "Currupted map, contains id not in the dictionary: " and then a random number upon switching from 10.12 to 11.x, I had that problem and managed to fix it
I was not using any mods, just a plain vanilla 10.12 map.
I noticed each time I saved the "corrupted" id changed, so what you do is just reopen the save in 10.12 and create a load of saves (5-10 should do it) and try to load each one in 11.x and with a bit of luck one of those should open.
No idea why it was an issue.
If any of the devs are interested in the save I'll happily provide it
(Not sure if it's the right board, thought i'd just leave this here for any people having the same issue)

Could you please make a thread in bug reports with the save (both corrupted and working) and a log file?
