More signal stuff

It will be great to have more stuff like signals
Levers, presure plates , signal lights ,logic circuts
- connect it with Railway (junction motors, semaphores)
This can make factories more automatic

Not sure about levers or pressure plates, but there will be definitely more train signals in the future.
Also I think this has been already suggested few times.
