[0.11.15] Splitter not working after rotation by mistake

Hello,

ich accidently rotated one of my splitters in one of my factories. As I rotated it back to the correct location, the splitter stopped working. I deconstructed the splitter then and rebuilt it, it worked again.
Then I built a test setup to be able to reproduce this situation, there I figured out, that the input lane seem not to reconnect correctly to the splitter (see attached screenshot). But I also figured out, that clearing the items within the splitter (via f-key) also solves the blockade.

Maybe one item gets stuck during the rotation of the splitter.

[EDIT: I just found out, that only walking through the splitter also solved the blockade for me in the test setup built within the screenshot]

Thanks for the bug report, I fixed 2 independent bugs related to this situation (Try to rotate splitter, can you see that the belt connection graphics is broken, and it even crashes when you remove the belt), also the deactivation is solved for 0.11.16.

This error is there for quite a long time I had now idea why no one noticed it before.
