Add an Inventory Slot above the Armor Slot for Throwables (e.g. Grenades)

There is some unused UI space that I feel would be appropriate to use for tossable items, perhaps even adding a hotkey to select them.

This would free up some clutter under the normal toolbars and would help prevent misclicking during combat.

For one there seems to be free space, for others it’s the most cluttered space ever. And the hotbar has existing key shortcuts.
