[0.18.30] trapped between pipes

i play a vanilla game and as seen in the vid i got trapped between the pipes (not the first time). I did not try / think about to turn off the exos but as I got in there I would be nice to get out too. I removed a pipe to get out.
It happened before and I remember I got out again ... a some buzzing arround ... but this one wouldnt let me go
