in the mods menu when installing/updating large numbers of mods you must wait for all the mods to download before the continue button is clickable. This can result in a long process (updating a lot of mods followed by restarting) which will wait for a player interaction part way through.
Instead please replace 'continue' with 'continue when ready' so you can make changes, click a button, and leave; and the game will be ready for you when you come back.

Re: waiting for conferm button in the mod menu
The text is misleading. Ready with what? My first intuition was to have a second update-button “update and reload”.
But.... I really don’t like the whole UX. “Continue”, but when you changed the mods, continue will reload the game...
That parts needs a complete refresh...

Cool suggestion: Eatable MOUSE-pointers.

Re: waiting for conferm button in the mod menu
A short and realistic answer: It's never going to happen
The entire GUI got a refresh a few months ago adding loads and loads of new and streamlined functionality. But nobody is ever happy.
If you want to get ahold of me I'm almost always on Discord.
