I'm not sure that this is really bug, but is strange.
In some situations images of trains and trees are overlap. It depends on angle of rotation of train.
Win8.1, 0.11.15, no mods. Situation was created in Map Editor.

And to the problem: now when I understand it I see no other way as to split such big diagonal objects into several small horizontal stripes. This can be done long before drawing (when creating the sprites in memory).
It's the same as comparing pictures from computer tomography to X-ray pics: in an X-ray you cannot distinct what's in front and what's behind (you know it by experience) but the tomogram shows it clearly, cause it is several X-rays in layers.
