Can mods draw graphs?

Does anybody know if modding interface gives access to the graph-drawing capabilities? Can you (easily-ish) draw graphs like the electricity network or production windows?
If not - is it planned to be added in the future?

No Factorio does not currently provide that, as far as I am aware it's not on any todo list either.

It could be nice to have this functionality, but I guess there are more pressing issues :)
