Disapproved reply as "advertising"

So I finally signed up to the forum to participate and my first post got "disapproved" for "advertising" when it clearly wasn't. But there's no way for me to appeal or whatever or contact anyone, so I'm posting here about it.

Can a mod go and look and approve it, and what else do I need to be automatically approved in future rather than treated as a bot?

I saw when I registered it looks like you get loads of spam/bots registering that all share similar garbled names. Wish there was an easier way to 'prove' I'm real than posting a thread about it
