[0.18.18] Dedicated server lag

[0.18.18] Dedicated server lag

When playing on dedicated server if there were 1 player no lag. Two players and one get's the lag and other one doesn't, but if you reconnect the lag moves to next player. If the server has three players, player b get's the lag and if you reconnects the lag moves player c and if he reconnects it moves to player a and this goes around cirgle in same order. Same happpends with 4 players.
