[0.18.18] Wrong train station glow

We are aware of them, but do not have solutions that don't cause other issues. They go here in order not to take space in the main bug thread list.

[0.18.18] Wrong train station glow

when a train station is disabled by circuit or logistic logic, it flashes a red light.
at night the red light glows, but the glow is yellow.
