[0.18.18] Small pole connecting to only two out of three other poles

The attached save IS modded. Current mods include the angels and bobs mod suite as well as angels industries conversions (that is to say, tech overhaul, components and mining machines returns components instead of their respective items)

What did I do:
I placed two separate power poles next to two liquifiers from angels petrochem. After that I wanted to connect both to my main network via the small pole on further to the right using another small pole.

The setup. (The ghost is merely an artifact from opening the Snipping tool)

What happened:
The placed pole connected the top and bottom networks, but not the main network.

What did I expect to happen:
The placed pole connects all three poles.

Reproduction:
Can always be reproduced in this configuration by placing the center pole last.

Thanks for the report however that's one of the mods you're using. Specifically integrated circuitry.
