Discord Rich Presence

Factorio should try to setup a proper discord rich presence so that it would look much nicer when people are playing factorio with discord game status enabled.

Display what multiplayer room you're playing on, How much tech you have, SPM, UPS, Mods enabled, Save file name, Map playtime.
