Cannot connect without VPN.

Hello! me and my friend bought a server from low.ms and it works fine. But my friend is able to connect to it normally but i cannot. After trying to fix the issue i tryed to connect with vpn and it worked. Without vpn it connects downloads the map but doesnt receive the server tick i believe. im posting the logs wih and without vpn below. I cannot play with vpn because its slow and laggy .
