[0.11.13] MP crashes

Well, we built quite big factory.
It takes about 5 minutes to drive from one side to another by train.

Issue description:
Host creates the game.
I join the game and play for 5-10 minutes without any issues.
And then suddenly I freeze and ESC doesn't work, although the host continues to play.

Autosaves are disabled.
Our ping is about 20, but we set latency to 130.

And yes, there are still many ways the mp is broken, even our tests don't pass.
