After putting a mod in <User appdata>/Roaming/Factorio/mods, as wiki told me, a message box pops up on loading mods saying "Filename of mod C:/Users\Micha", cutting the path at "ł", a non-latin character.
There is no problem with saving.
EDIT: Well, the issue wasn't related to Factorio, but to mod name. Still, I could only solve this by going on a user profile without non-latin chars.
[0.11.13]Non-latin characters cause problem with mods
Re: [0.11.13]Non-latin characters cause problem with mods
Could you be more specific?
What was the mod name?
What was the mod name?

I tried to make an account with non standard character to see how it works.
I found out that it works completely wrong (it uses different directory of the user (simplified one)) etc.
So I made several fixes for the 0.11.14. Factorio uses the correct directory when the user name contains non-standard characters.
