Hi all, this is my first crash report - so I'm not really sure what the format should be
factorio-current.log (see attached, or pastebin)
Thanx & goodluck!
[0.18.10] Crash during save: "Chunk::preSaveNonRecursive"
Re: [0.18.10] Crash during save: "Chunk::preSaveNonRecursive"
Can you reproduce the crash with the latest working save file?
Re: [0.18.10] Crash during save: "Chunk::preSaveNonRecursive"
@Loewchen,
- Can not reproduce when loading from last manual save. Everything seems fine when loading last manual save.
- Could also not load _autosave2.zip.tmp - factorio ui says "file corrupted"
But I remember nou what I was doing when it crashed: I was busy middle-click removing shortcuts from the bottom panel when the one slot got stuck to glowing yellow, even while clicking on other slots. I can not remember if this or the auto save started first.

Re: [0.18.10] Crash during save: "Chunk::preSaveNonRecursive"
Thanks for the report. A crash in that location along with not being able to reproduce it says 0/1 magic or memory corruption/hardware issues to me.
Unless anyone is able to reproduce the crash I'm going to move this to 0/1 magic and suggest you run a memory test.

If you want to get ahold of me I'm almost always on Discord.

Thanks, will do mem test etc. Agreed, could be hardware - it's an old device.
Don't know if these could have an effect:
Don't know if these could have an effect:
- System has an almost 5 year old SSD, but it's a samsung pro, so it might still have some cycles left (maybe).
- Earlier the day I was playing around with swappiness & cache_pressure settings, because my system is already at the max supported RAM for the chipset (8GB). It's almost constantly at 98%, unless I close all other apps. I should probably upgrade
