wave defense [0.18] rocket launch not working ?

I've played wave defense, keeping 2 nests to be able to launch a rocket. But I don't get any way to be able to launch a rocket. Is that a bug ?
I'm at day 51, and I Can't find a way to launch a rocket in the upgrades or anywhere else.

If you are thinking of the old wave defense scenario, in the new one you actually have to craft and build the rocket. Can't buy a satellite, and don't get 5% per wave. If you did, don't forget rocket launches are manual until you click the checkbox [in the silo]. If the technology is unavailable, I would not know.
