If you purchased the game YOURSELF in Steam, write an email describing the issue and including:

• your steam ID64
• the purchase confirmation email from steam
• your factorio.com account name

to support@factorio.com

If you did NOT purchase the game yourself and instead got it gifted to you or bought a key, contact who ever provided you with the gift/key.
