[0.11.13] Deconstruct transport belt with cargo size bonus

I found two bugs related to deconstructing transport belts.

Bug #1: Construction robots do not use logistic robot storage bonus when removing items from deconstructed transport belts.


Bug #2: Incorrect number of construction robots sent to deconstruct transport belt.

I have a transport belt with 8 iron plates on it. Marking it for deconstruction sends a different number of construction robots, depending on my level of "Logistic robot cargo size".

Level 0: Every construction robot in the system is sent
Level 1: 9 robots are sent
Level 2: 5 robots are sent
Level 3: 4 robots are sent

Thanks for the report, both things are relevant issues and are fixed for 0.11.14 now.
