Angel's smelting but simpler

This mod will require Bob's Metals, Chemicals, and Intermediates and be incompatible with Angel's Smelting. This mod will add two new types of items: ingot molds and ingots. Ingots are made from ores and ingot molds in metal mixing furnaces and electrolyzers. Ingots are then smelted into plates in any kind of furnace. This is more efficient than direct smelting and also the only way to make alloys, as the mod will disable plate alloying. There will be 3 tiers of ingot mold: wooden, stone, and plastic. Higher tiers of ingot mold will produce more ingots, and thus plates, per ore.
