I liked using the .16 mod but it hasn't been updated in a long time. The most power transferrable is 10 gigawatts, as that's the most the heat pipes and exchangers can transfer (specific number in the entity). I can increase that number if someone wants to power a super megabase with one reactor/exchanger/turbine.
