Stack filter inserter picks wrong priorities from circuit network

One of the articles claims that Filter Inserter, when connected to a circuit network via Set Filter, "is set to filter the item of greatest demand". I just tested that, and it seems that it is set to the first (internal-ID-wise) item with positive signal. E.g. if there's wood in the network, then it will always win.

Thanks for the report however nothing in the game says it works that way. It sets it based off the first signal in the ordered signals as you're seeing.
