Loading failing

This method of loading goods has never failed me so far ( i'm about to launch rocket for 1st time).

But somehow caught in this video I cannot get the coal on the close path to be picked up by blue loaders when this method is used in almost every other production line in my build without issues... Can someone explain or is this a bug?

How can i export my state for you to see it?

This is why it's not loading coal:


Basically: Once the plastic is unloaded, it will load coal again.
