Error/crash loading save after death

I keep getting an Error loading save file after I die. I am on windows 8.1 64 bit Factorio. This error also happens after I save my game then click "Quit". error below

boost::filesystem::remove the directory is not empty
Factorio\temp\currently-playing

After it crashes I can start Factorio and load my save and play, until I die and get this error. Any info on how to fix would help

FishSandwich does it again Folder was read only, set to write and all seems to work.
