0.17.47 NPE How do you unlock techs: Logistics, Logistic Science, & Mining efficiency?

0.17.47 NPE How do you unlock techs: Logistics, Logistic Science, & Mining efficiency?

Working my way through the NPE/Campaign again, and cant figure out how to unlock the final 3 technologies. I've killed all the biter bases, caused an unending spawn, powered the radar, and started smelting in the electric smelters.

Any help appreciated.

The campaign isn't finished. You're not supposed to play to the end like that

Sounds like you're encountering this bug: viewtopic.php?p=435417#p435417. Try updating to the latest version of the game.
