[0.17.69]Construction robot destroy my base

The construction robot go to the steam power, and destroy it. Few second later go back his place, and the steam power generator its fine. And its repeat every minute.. sometimes go other building and destroy. why? Its bug?

i updated the game (0.17.72), but the problem is same. Why go there the robot and destroy my bulding?
