Advanced Train Signals Tutorial should not be locked behind Blue Science.
(Why Blue Science ?? Looks like a bug...)
IIRC the last one, about chain signals, still was in early 0.17. (Please disregard if this was fixed.)
I actually didn't think that it even existed, so went searching online for one instead...

It is not locked behind "blue science".
We really need a "you're imaging things" bug category.
