[Mod Portal] add a way to "favorite" mods?

I think it'd be great if there was a way to add mods you like to a favorite list. The list would be linked to the factorio account and thus synced across game installs and browsers. Mods could be added from the mod menu in the game or from the mod portal website. For example if I find a nice mod on the subreddit on mobile I can favorite it from the mobile page so that I can find it easily later from the install mods panel ingame. It'd be a way to keep track of mods you like even when you don't have them downloaded.
