If a game has an error when loading mods such as an incorrect pixel size when a new version is required or is incomplete in loading, the razer keyboard can be "stuck" in a half lit state and is left that way until a restart is done.

Messing around in the Razer app does not reset the settings.

Only a restart of the computer allows for lighting to be returned to the Razer App.

Exiting(or crashing) Factorio should always reset your keyboard to the default state as soon as the process exits. If it doesn't, it's a problem with the Razer software.

Make sure you don't have factorio.exe running and update Razer Synapse.
