Craters blocking construction?

So... I just cleared a bug hive that was sitting on some choice oil - but now I have blast craters from my tank... and I can't build anything next to the craters - and I have craters at the oil spots.

Is there any way to remove blast craters? Will they fade over time?

Yes, they fade over time. I think it should be possible to build on them, but now you have to wait 10 - 20 minutes until thea vanish.

I believe you can build over them straight away though...

Nope, I did test it, it doesn't work, at least in the version I did test it in.

ya - the blast craters fade after a while. Not sure how long it takes, but they do fade.
