[0.11.7] Intermittent error on save led to appcrash on load

We've invested a significant amount of time into a base that has spanned a few game versions. We probably started playing on v0.11.5. Only two players. The experience has been pretty much flawless (albeit slow saves and connects... until now :D) until this most recent update to 0.11.7.

Upon trying to manually save, getting the error: "Can't save map, entity list of entities staged for update of links is not empty."
First time: Staged count = 123, name:smoke for the two objects shown in the error message.
Second and all subsequent times: cannot read the error text because the dump of entities is too long, but every item listed is express belt-related.

We've been using express belts for quite some time, but only suddenly encountered this issue, and it did not start happening until a few hours of gameplay after the update was downloaded.

I've tried loading from autosaves and manually saving again with mixed results. Sometimes it works, sometimes the giant error message with express belts and splitter coordinates show up. If the error shows up, no amount of bashing ESC will make it go away; you have to ALT+F4.

Unfortunately, now I cannot provide a map file that demonstrates the error on save since the game crashes immediately when I load the saved game. My autosaves have been replaced as I've been testing this issue.

I'm running Win8.1 64 bit with the 32 bit Factorio. My friend is running the same version on Win7.

Hello, the manual saving in multiplayer is flawed, and the resulting savegames might get corrupted different ways. You need to use 0.11.6 until then or just wait for 0.11.8
