[0.17.58] Missing recipes on loading a game

We have the problem, that when we load our game in SP or MP, many recipes are missing in hand crafting like copper cable, assembler machine 2 aso. If I (re)research the technologies by command, the recipes are available then. But copper cable and other recipes I cant research cause they need no technolgy. We are playing with many mods, but didn´t need to update them. Same mods and 0.17.57 and this bug isn´t there.

Edit: Now I saw that updating Factorio to 17.58 reseted the mod-settings. I tried to change my settings back as they were, and everything is ok. So the bug is caused by a modsetting. But why Factorio delete all modsettings while updating to 17.58? A friend has the same problem.
