Toggling off the "Open train gui" "Open Train Station Gui" and "Open Trains Gui" Seems to have no effect on the user in questions permissions to open those guis. I believe this is meant to happen.
Have tested multiple times on different servers with test roles and they don't seem to do anything. We were using these perms for our "Soft Whitelist" on the Gridlock Cluster servers where it seems to not be working.
