[0.11.6] Select-preferred-screen not working correctly

When the "Preferred screen" option isis set to "screen 1" or "screen 3" everything works fine, game starts in fullscreen.
When i switch to "screen 2" it starts, but neither windowed, nor in fullscreen, but in a tiny about 20x20 pixel window on the top left corner of my middle screen.

The issue seems not linked to main-monitor settings. I tried setting the left screen and the middle screen to main screen; the issue always appears on the middle one.
I tried starting the game in wondowed mode too, same effect.

It doesn't seem to be working here either, as well in 0.11.6 I've changed the line preferred-screen-index in my config.ini a few times (tried 1 and 2) and couldn't get it to stop trying to display on monitor 1 and display on monitor 2 even though my windows settings have monitor 2 set as my main monitor (and monitor 1 isn't even plugged in). So I've had to hit the keyboard shortcut to move it to my only plugged in monitor every time I want to start the game.

This is truly 0/1 magic. It works properly for me and I have no idea how to fix it. If the option doesn't work for you, just ignore it and use window mode.
