No red potion and oil storage they simply desappeared with the last version of factorio. 0.17

I still have no red potion nor oil storage with the 2 last version 0.17.53 and 0.17.54. I try without mods and it is the same result. Also the last version dont install any language version except english. My game was in french before.

Thanks for the report however without the required log file and save file + steps to reproduce this there's nothing we can do.
